Collier Products & Services, DBA The Summit Host (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products, memberships, programs, and services designed to support entrepreneurs in building and growing their businesses. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are subject to the following Refund Policy, which is mentioned in our Terms & Conditions, as well as being linked on our checkout pages.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


General Policy

All sales of digital products, memberships, programs, and services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Because our resources are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Templates & Digital Downloads

  • Templates, swipe files, planners, and other digital downloads are delivered electronically.

  • These products are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate software or accounts (e.g., Canva, Kajabi, Airtable) to use the templates as described prior to purchase.


Summit Club Membership

Our membership program is billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select at checkout.

  • Monthly Memberships: Payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges. Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Annual Memberships: Annual payments are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of the annual term. No prorated refunds are provided for unused months.

  • It is your responsibility to manage your subscription through your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.


Programs & Courses

All program and course purchases (including but not limited to trainings, workshops, and self-paced systems) are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes.

  • Access to program materials begins immediately upon purchase, which is why refunds are not available.

  • If your program includes group coaching calls, live events, or bonus sessions, those are also non-refundable once purchased, whether or not you choose to attend.


Services

For 1:1 services, strategy sessions, or custom client work:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our calendar.

  • Once a service is booked, payments made are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If cancellation occurs after services have begun, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred to date.

  • Strategy or support calls are non-refundable once scheduled. We may attempt to reschedule once if availability permits, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.


Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for virtual or in-person events are non-refundable. If an event includes replays, bonuses, or limited-time offers, access will be outlined at checkout.


Exceptions

The only exceptions to this Refund Policy are if:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • A technical issue on our part prevented product delivery and could not be resolved.

In such rare cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue or, if appropriate, issue a refund.
